Hi guys,
Just a heads up -- I am switching jobs and am no longer at
Refractions. If you have any comments/questions, please respond off-
list to my gmail account.
I will continue to contribute in my volunteer time, but on a more
relaxed pace (time for bug fixes, not new features).
Cheers,

Yes -- alternatively there is geotools.fr, but i'm not sure what the
update frequency of it is. We cannot get our build box to deploy the
site to martin's due
So this should be a "normal" maven site - ie one we can link to that
holds the results of the coverage reports?
Are we still unable to generate javadocs? Or can we get that as well ...
Going through the link there are a few fun things:

If that's the case, I think many of the module POM files list the
following for the license info:
Lesser General Public License (LGPL)
http://www.gnu.org/copyleft/lesser.txt
repo
And that URL points to the v3 license, not 2.1.

Wait, wait, wait.
I really we suggest we stay "v2 or later", if that's what we were using,
until we hit OSGeo. Then we can switch to the "swiss cheese license" for
all I care but I'd like to not muddy things for now. It should only be
another decade or so before we emerge from incubation...

Okay. How do I go about getting a consensus from "everyone involved"?

Afaik we're at LGPL v2. It's probably one that says version 2 or later,
which means anyone's allowed to do the upgrade to version 3. But we
should decide as a project if we want to, get consensus from everyone
involved.
As far as I know v3 has no major downside and has a nice upside that helps

Yeah, that would be the proper way API wise, not sure i

Long term (ie for GeoAPI ) we should seriously consider just removing
it, and if not look
I'm starting work on the IP review for the geometry module (not fun!)
and noticed that the LICENSE.txt file seems to have the LGPL v2.1 text
in it. The POM file for my module however, links to:
http://www.gnu.org/copyleft/lesser.txt which is version 3. Should the
LICENSE.txt files be updated

URL: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/GEOT-1403
Project: GeoTools
Issue Type:
We had a question from a programmer on the JPP mailing list. They
wanted to know if we had done any work with raster reporjection.
Someone mentioned that GeoTools might have something in this area.
Do you guys have any code that works on the reprojection of rasters?
Thanks,

has implemented FeatureList properly yet ... and wonders if we can just
return a FeatureCollection.
Thinking ...
What do you guys think about making a SortedFeatureCollection -ie just
the assurance that the iterator is s
It was part of the Filter 1.1 stuff - and I agree it has not been
communicated to my satisfaction either. At the time not a lot of people
were on trunk and I did well to even write down the interface changes.

Jody,
frankly it's the first time I've heard speaking about FeatureList, and
of the supposed requirement to return an instance of it when sorting
stuff...
Cheers
