svn.geotools.org cannot even be resolved.
It may be the server is up but the DNS registration
went bye bye

calculates boundaries for thematic styling, and chooses colours from
the colorbrewer palettes.
You have my blessing to make any changes. What do we have to do to
keep this supported?
