I'm trying to get a backlog of "the moral maze" to listen to on a trip. The episodes are available to listen to online (e.g. http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b03gg7nh) but when i try and download these, even if i use --type=all, I get told the PID doesn't exist in the cache. Is there a way to fetch
