Use one of the two sub forums. The top level 'forum' acts a way to group
them in one spot and it's locked on purpose so that random topics don't
get added and need constant moving to general help or troubleshooting.

agreement with some others and express concern about get_iplayer
becoming too popular, and drawing attention to itself.
