I'm just adding to the guessing game here, but as far as I know, from
this year onwards the BBC are no longer in control of the cameras at
Wimbledon. Therefore it's possible that the BBC have broadcast
something which the LTA or other bodies involved with the tournament
have asked them to edit

My version of GiP is v3.14 and has been patched for the --pid-recursive fix.
But things have started to download overnight.
