We not only follow Postgres but also DuckDB or others.
We have the same result as DuckDB in this case, so I think we don't need to

Strange results got from my poc...
After @efredine fixed the `filter_map` bug in #11295 , we can use
`StringArray::from_iter` to relace `collect + StringArray::from`.
