He is a fellow GMail user, like yourself (check the name of the group you joined)... and you make it stop by stopping the activity that's causing it to happen... The better question, is why is this happening. It's most likely that either your account was hacked, or is being used for spoofing.

Hello, My problem is not quite the same, but it sounds like someone here may be able to help. I receive these same emails (DSNs for delays then for failure to deliver) for almost all the emails i send out. They are all for emails i have sent and aren't related to my account being compromised.
