I have found the contact info for Todd at Oracle. I think it's best if we settle on a date before contacting him :) Do we want to stick with the 4th Wednesday rule? That would be 23 July. If so, I'll contact DWC and see when/if we can schedule the theatre. Then contact Oracle to confirm.
