I've just come up for air after some long sessions in HEAD PO files,
and reported a _stack_ of typos etc. at Bugzilla, and that's given
rise to some irritation, um, constructive suggestions in my mind. ;)
1. Is the title of the PO file actually the name of the program as

There are some strings in Gnopernicus which are not correctly
translated. This is subject of bug number 309039.

This seems like too many changes for this time of the release cycle.
It really looks like big improvement in strings, but it doesn't look
critical.
My preference would be to fix these in 2.14.
