Hi Enrico, Gil and others,
Yes, it sounds like we have a good progress of 10% with Tajik translations.
As you noticed some files has just a few messages translated, so that is OK to
leave them in Damned Lies to complete later and commit as 100% translated.
The Damned Lies portal is wonderful and
Hi Gil!
Thank you for pushing the translations!
I hope that statistics will grow with quality Tajik translations, so Tajik
users enjoy working with software in their own language.
Have a great day!

Hey, just a little update on this.
Since I didn't get approval from i18n, I went ahead and released nautilus
3.7.92 without the string changes for now.
As there are no other code changes involved, I think it's fine to commit
that before 3.8.0, should the change be approved and the n-s-t part

Awesome! One more language will be available in GNOME ;-D

Hi all,
It has been brought to my attention that there are two small factual
inaccuracies in the release notes. I'd like to update them but I don't
want to interfere with ongoing translation work.
Any advice on how I should proceed?

Hello Victor and list
Thank you very much for your translation effort, Victor.
I´ve checked that some files are not translated at all. Please,
undestand that is not recommendable the commit of files that had just a
few messages translated (like just one string translated).
So, in those cases

Hello Victor,
Sure, I will help you, It will be a joy.
Assuming that I do not have proficiency in your language,
I will just commit the files without doing a proofreading on
the translated strings.
I will pass your files through the command msgfmt -cvo /dev/null in order to
see they are in the

Hi Enrico,
We are a new team and have no yet permissions to access git and commit our
translations.
I will highly appreciate your help in committing the files.
That would be also great if you refer to instructions so we do future
commits ourselves.
Thank you,
Victor

Somebody (probably plural) with git commit access needs to get them into
the Git code repository. By setting the status to committing you
indicated that you will do

Victor, Damned Lies doesn´t commit them automatically. It is a manual
process.
To have your files commited, it is required that a person have proper
permission to acess git and commit them.
If you yet don´t have access to the gnome's git repository, you need
that someone send those files to
Hi Andre,
Yes, I refer to the link you provided. Does it mean the "committing" files
will be finally submitted shortly?

Hi folks,
Yesterday (and a few moments ago) I accessed the webkit module in Damned
Lies, but it only shows me error messages (like 'intltool-update·-m',
error in generating pot file, etc...)
Please, someone could say if this behaviour is normal for this module?

Not Allan's task, he's just writing release notes. :)
Do you refer to https://l10n.gnome.org/languages/tg/gnome-3-8/ui/ with
status "committing"?

Any opinion on this?
No 3.7 tarball of nautilus-sendto has been released yet, and I'm planning
to release nautilus

Hi release-team,

Some game modules have a bug to show their po header entry when they
print the command line help.
The bugs have been filed with patches:

Hallo Allan
Maybe you could post or link to the standard instructions for how to
get the translations from gnome-3-6 merged into the new ones
(something about uploading the file on damned lies) and for how to
preview the translations (temporary website with usernames and
password).
