This should be part of being responsive actually. Unfortunately, without a
better candidate, even the "resign when it's time" rule won't work.

it somehow impact peoples passion. Buy Anson is right. to be honest, I do
believe people who can speak english is more suitable to linux, but this again
back to the argue that it is unfair to let people learn english in order to use
linux... sigh...
