FYI: Khazakh script change

On October 27, Qazaqstan officially changed its Cyrillic-based script to a Latin-based one. Therefore, the kk locale should be repurposed for the Latn script, and existing translations moved to kk@cyrillic or something similar. What steps will Gnome take in that direction?
