Hello Danial, only the language team coordinatior (in your case Arash Mousavi) can have git access, not other team members (not even committers). If the coordinator can't commit a new translation for some reason, you can post a link to it here and another team coordinator can commit it for you.

New coordinator for the Arabic translation team
