Hi, how can I translate the folder names from Nautilus, e.g. Pictures,
Videos, Templates, Downloads etc.

Hello Chynggyz.
You have to translate them in compliance with the same traduction that
was used to translate the system´s folder.
For instance, in Brazilian Portuguese, they are: "Fotos, Vídeos,
Modelos, Downloads"

Take a look at http://l10n.gnome.org/module/, specifically in nautilus
module.
The words that you referenced can be found in Nautilus .po file in Master
branch, but possibly it can be referenciated in other "nautilus-" modules.
