hours, but for the most part they're ready to be translated.

I've commited two small changes to release-notes-3.4, fixing two typos I've
found reviewing my translation.
It is just a missing «http» in an URL and a missing tag in an application

1. s/past /paste /
2. would it be better (less prone to translation error etc) to write it as

The release notes for the next GNOME version have been finished. They
can be found in the gnome-3-8 branch of the release-notes module [1].
3.8 is due to be release on March 27, so it would be great to have
