Hi All,
I added support for installing (e.g. from zip file[1]) and
enabling/disabling gnome-shell extensions to gnome-tweak-tool.
The enable/disable code should not conflict with distro package
managers.
The code is available in master[2]. I would appreciate if people tested
this functionality
