I am trying to understand the xml structure of the gnucash files and I
find Xml Spy reports an error in ./src/doc/xml/types.dtd. It looks
like some circular parameter entity references that, according to the
book XML Family of Specifications: A Practical Guide, , p. 186,
embedded parameter
