GnuCash is signed with an Apple certificate and beginning with the next release will be notarized as well, so it shouldn't need to be opened with a right click. The problem seems to be that there's something about the way Gatekeeper starts it after verifying that doesn't quite work so it needs

I noticed the same thing and thought that was strange. Checked to see if there was a rounding option in settings but did not find anything. So I manually edited the scheduled transaction in the editor to the correct tax and insurance and it kept it. So in the future the correct will be used...but

Frank, I think the term Balans accounts will refer to Assets , Liability and Equity accounts while Gain and Loss accounts will refer to Income and Expense accounts. In accounting the latter are known as temporary accounts as they record the income and expenses for the current accounting period

I never understood the utility of the Single Transaction report, but mine seems to work correctly. (3.6 on MacOS) In my case, I ran the report with one transaction highlighted in my Cash account, it reported that info showing me two debits to AP and one credit to Cash. Total Credits (cash)
