Amex is encrypting (tokenizing?) the account number now. So you have to
determine what your account number is. I downloaded a QFX file from their
website. reveals the encrypted account number. I don't know if
this sort of account number gets rotated every so often so I am not saying

although the one account I wanted to use not just yet working perfectly.

Your bank’s format may require a newer version of aqbanking.
I think you can run 3.7 on Sierra, but I could be mistaken.
Certainly, there are 3.x versions that will run on it and you don’t have to
stick with 2.6.21. One of them might have a recent enough version to get your
transactions.
