Jacob, Sorry I don't use the Business Features myself but shouldn't you be setting up a job for each customer to group multiple invoices for a Customer job together - Open the GnuCash Tutorial and Concepts Guide under Help (Ctrl + H) and expand the Advanced Features >> Business Features >> Account
