Column/Row numbers?

Hi all. Suddenly, all column and row numbers were replaced by their hex codes (the little squares with 4 hex digits in them). The codes are correct - 0041, 0042 etc. All the rest of the window is correct - menus, dialogs, worksheet content. Version is 1.6.3, and the problem appear even when call

Hi all. A couple of weeks ago, I reported that col/row labels had disappeared (then, they showed as the special character hex codes squares -which they weren't- now they don't show at all. I'll have to re-install gnumeric I guess, but before that, is there some external factor/configuration item t

Hello all. One of the pages of a spreadsheet doesn't allow editing anymore. It's not possible to enter either data or formulas. Existing data can be edited though. Only clear cells cannot be edited into. I've checked the sheet manager, the page is not locked (wouldn't have been able to edit exist

Hello people. Using version 1.6.3 of gnumeric, I tried to read an xls file and save it as csv. There was a problem with the resulting csv file, in that iconv didn't want to convert it into another coding. I'm not sure where the problem lies. The original .xls had the following string in it: 0068
