Once players accept the rules set for a game, they cannot complain
later. If all political parties accepted the EVM, then they cannot
complain. Therefore, the elections were fair and clean. Cheating can
also occur in traditional ballot-boxes, as years ago on Madeira Island
(Portugal) where

better with Goa and Goans before 1961, but I doubt that would have made any
