Sounds like a reasonable idea. Rs. 20/- per head for people using air travel does not seem exorbitant. Even Rs. 50/- per head seems O.K. to me. Why has this not been implemented? Some airports in Canada (e.g. Vancouver) charge a lot, lot more. The money is used to improve/expand the airport.
