A few years back when Churchill visited Kuwait...he advised the Goans in
Kuwait
to invest in landbuy land..before the ghantis can grab your land...I
dont know how many Goans then followed his advise..
cause I feel goans were not so worried that time about Goa and thought that

I was told that Churchil also owns large beach side property opp. Horizon Beach
Resort, Velsao (near Cansaulim).
There is also one big project comming up infront of the resort.
