I have not been really able to understand what the Goans are agitating
about. OK may be SEZs were pushed through in obscene haste. But I still dont
know what the magnitude of land use changes envisaged in RP 2011 were. And
as for Dabolim vs Mopa it is stuck like a broken record on Dabolim for
[FN]
OK so there are a whole lot of sore spots which when poked result in an
"ouch" from the body politic at some time or other. But why is the threshold
of pain so perceptibly low? Is there little or no concern for what a
constant state of agitation is doing to the state's reputation and/or well
