I believe Aframento is a term under the Civil Law and can be loosely
translated as perpetual lease with a right to repurchase the land by making

Technically, emphyteusis land on which `foro' is paid. Locally called
'aframento'. (`Emphyteusis' is a right, susceptible of assignment and of
descent, charged on productive real estate, the right being coupled with
the enjoyment
