[google-appengine] Push to Deploy authentication fails a lot

Seems that, for the first push after some time (an hour or two), authentication fails. It is not a major problem, as we can immediately just push again, and it works. But, there is a bug where the first try always fails authentication. 1.9.x, GCS git repo, OSX, Python. -- You received this
