I see some people can't receive the verification code via SMS so they
can't confirm their account, but I'm currently facing an opposite
issue: I received the SMS but don't know where I can do this.

Well, in fact I tried again the form
http://appengine.google.com/waitlist/sms_issues.do
setting the "Comments" field to my phone number, and it was submitted
without warnigs/errors.
But no feedback at the moment.

Received an email from the App Engine Team yesterday at 8:50am (PST)
telling me my account was enabled.
