According to the data I'm seeing so far, this issue is cosmetic — although
the dashboard showed inconsistent resource usage data, my current
observations indicate that this will not affect your application's billing.
Also, I'm seeing more consistent usage data now. I believe this

with unrealistically elevated usage.
