OK I think I found it. I got the certificates from https://www.igoogle.com/opensocial/certificates/xoauth_public_key and https://www.igoogle.com/opensocial/certificates/xoauth_signature_publickey and read the details in Firefox. They both give the same public key: Modulus (1024 bits): d6 b9 e1

OK, I've managed to get the public key out of the certificate using pyasn1. The certificate field is called subjectPublicKey and is given in binary but is easily converted to 26986751662544233813308233490040929724036836689134352508336892340973437966092066 07381739672335781845085129384843420147230
