Yes, it's a very strange error, I've tested it again and it didn't
asked for my number now. But other client reported about 6 hours ago
he had to input his mobile. It seems very erratic. Anyway, I will be
watching it for more reports, to asked them what had they do exactly.

Strange, I never get asked for a mobile number. When I click 'Create
New Account' I'm asked to enter an email, password, birthdate, and a
captcha. Clicking next takes me to an 'Account Creation Confirmation'
page, but never back to the app (or any app engine pages) -- which is
the bug I reference
