Hi Neal, Did you make sure to log in under http://appengine.google.com/a/nealwalters.com (or whatever Apps domain you created your initial app under)? If you attempt to log in at http://appengine.google.com/ and create an app, when you previously authenticated for Apps, you will see this message.

Hi ikai, I faced the same issue. Saying that "*The phone number has been sent too many messages or has already been used to confirm an *" Why this happen with google. for google app engine. This work perfectly 2 years ago. I use various service provided by google. Most of them work fine.
