In the fullness of time I have no doubt that Google App Engine will be
one of the premier cloud computing platforms, and yes I think this
will be a wonderful thing.
In the short term though, I think we need to collectively recognize
that App Engine is still an *emerging technology*.

I am also having problems accessing google app engine today. I've
been able to update my application (ID:pocloud) all week and today I
get the following error (no changes between yesterday and today):

How long do outages normally last on App Engine, we just launched
www.babelwith.me two weeks ago so have no real concept of what
downtime on App Engine looks like... so far we've been down at least 2
hours.

Here comes yet another timeout errors again. It's started before
2hours ago.
My app raises about 300 datastore put errors - timeout or internal
error. And I can't see http://code.google.com/status/appengine . And
dashboard of my apps is broken too.
