After I uploaded the 10th version of my app, I got the "Too Many Versions
(403)" error messages by using appcfg.py command.
I tried to delete one of the versions by the web interface, but it didn't
work with no error message.

Our app (id:power-fotos) has only 2 deployed versions, but we still
get the "Too Many Versions (403)" error when trying to deploy. I've

I have an App ( GAESTATS ) which only shows one major/minor version in
the Admin interface, but when I AppCfg it I get a "403 Too Many

My quota stuff is green.
I have only 1 version of my app.
I tried making a new version, but it did not upload anything.
