If you set Max Idle Instance to automatic you will always pay for the total
number of instances.
Looking at your chart I'd set Max Idle Instance to something between 20-25

But What did you expect? I went in to the beta expecting release pricing
to be 4-5x the beta price. Sounds like that was spot on for you
