Can i ask what this website is exactly ? At the end of the day if they don't want thier content used there are ways of going about it (like i mentioned) but contacting you personally isn't it. Part of the agreement of Google Base is to allow syndication and they have the option to turn that off.

Thanks for the response Tom. I don't see anything I'm doing wrong, but honestly reading those terms leaves me very confuses (which is why I didn't go into Law). I'm trying to decide what to do and am very confused as the decision to build the site was based on the availability of data from Googl

If they didn't want the data to be accessible there is an option to not sydicate (http://code.google.com/search/#p=base&q=syndicate) the data (i.e. Make it availabe through the API) Check out the terms though just to make sure your not doing anything wrong : http://code.google.com/apis/base/terms

Just to add a little more detail. I'm not storing and caching large amounts of data, but rather putting some data in a database temporarily to do some calculations. In explaining the source of the data I mention the originating sites (whom I assume submitted the data on to Google Base). Now tha
