I read all the documents but i am some confused. In qualification round we read the question and see the sample input output. Then we try to find a solution. When we think we are ready for it we download the input and test it for 4 minutes then upload the solution and output. I think i understood

For the small input, you have to submit the solution within 4 minutes. If the time limit exceeds, you'll have to re-download the inputs again (they differ) and submit the solution within 4 minutes. You can repeat this as many times as you want, but for each incorrect attempt your penalty time will
