I delete my project several days ago. It tell me Scheduled for
deletion by owner. Eligible for deletion after days.

This looks like the svn client is probably trying to authenticate as the
wrong user or you are using the wrong password. Can you verify that you are
using the correct username with the password from your googlecode profile
page?
