I may be missing something, but I'm struggling to see how to subscribe to
the podcast using my podcast-reader, Google Listen in Reader. You only
appear to support downloading the m4a files.

A couple of minor suggestions, if you don't mind ;-)
There's a UI precedent in controls like this whereby double-clicking on an
item moves it to the other list. This lets the user to continue to focus
their gaze on the list in question.
