LGTM. We used to have code that looked a lot like this, it must have
gotten killed in the merge.
BTW: have you run this on Windows? I'm not sure if works there,
but we need to verify that at least it doesn't fail.

Two issues here, both arguably ant bugs. Although the scripts have
correct perms, and creates a non-executable copy unless you
explicitly set fileperm in the . That gets you a "correct"
build/dist/gwt-X.X.X.zip, and unzip will do the right thing with it...
