Fixes to PDF_IMAGE, DROPCAP, PAD and margin notes.
MNbottom-left and MNbottom-right wrapped
are safe.
Lastly, as Dale pointed out, the bash script 'install-font.sh' takes
care of all the details of groff font installation.

It isn't necessary all the time, but it takes care of some
spacing/indenting/quadding issues that crop up with TS, and it does
no harm to include them.
Equally, I usually suggest users pass the 'H' arg to TS, à la ms(1).

a huge issue with 'convert'.
