How do you handle identically named actions in Quick Add?

Some activities (such as making a business trip) requires the same actions every time. I wanted to keep a text file for such actions, so that I could paste it into Quick Add to quickly create them. Here is a sample text file: Travel to SomePlace .Make travel request|Office|N .Establish

I was hoping for something simpler than having to update the text file before I pasted it into Quick Add. I have noticed that you if you create two actions with identical titles using for example the Next Action + menu within a project tiddler, some logic ensures that a number is automatically
