as of saturday 3 july CVS HEAD should remain in string freeze state.
This means that no more translatable strings should changed in the
source code, wether they are wrong or not. Neither should any strings
be added to the code.
This will give translators some time to make sure everything

I was doing some reading up after magnet links where mentioned and I came
across the Bitzi database (bitzi.com). The site basically provides
meta-data on files shared on P2P networks by assigning ratings and
recording comments. It would seem it would be useful to add support for
this into gtkg
