I experience this about every ~4000 miles. I had the rear brake rebuilt, with new seals caliper under warranty. Same problem. My solution...I installed SpeedBleeders on the rear brake (and front, and clutch) and I bleed the brake about every ~3500 miles. It takes about :30, costs

Another thing to check is , are the two halves of the caliper bolted up tight. Also the 'O' rings in between the two halves , are in good state of repair, but their probably ok , unless caliper was loose / stripped down alot. atb
