Its something you wear versus something you mount on the bike but it has
worked good for me from time to time.

I am an occasional fisherman and I would recommend putting the foils in
a soft case perhaps and using whats called a rod sling. I got one just
for the purpose of being able to carry short (I am a surf fisherman so
short for me is about 10.5 feet) fishing rods on the motorcycle I have
not used it
Well it would be easy with the GIVI luggage. The rack could be used to carry
the foils. Finally an advantage to the GIVI rack. :)

There are some companies that make rifle holders that you can bolt to
your bike with brackets. It would seem that a little adjustment to the
racks and you could carry the foils with ease. Or pool sticks, fishing
rods, rifler., 9 irons...;^)
