The same in that they both connect to a computer (a dongle) :)
A GPS one has a GPS receiver on it, a broadband wireless one has a mobile
phone (essentially) in and allows internet access.

There are a few differences in distributable files between versions, but
nothing to warrant separate
lived, I only managed to add ~50 songs manually.
It would hang on anything that wasn't an mp3 (play lists, text files,
zip files, large MP3s, etc..
As it was only used for playing from the machine, I just used another
player.
