[HCDX] Belarus relays 4982 + 5134 kHz

Hi, the well known Belarussian military transmitter relays BR 1 from Minsk on 4982 and 5134 kHz in DSB (LSB+USB). Parallel to 279 kHz. On 8 AUG at 0400-0401 UTC I heard on both frequencies some communication, resp. a man reading codes (figures and letters) in Russian with "Over" at the end. After
