Uganda? Noted a man in comments, but cannot tell if he speaking in
French or English. Of course Radio Rebelde is on 5025 from Cuba and I
am located in South Florida, so you can understand why I can't copy

I read a fairy tale from someone who thuoght WGTO was; Gulf To Ocean. It
should read; Gainsville To Okeechobee. I read this in a RCA Broadcast
