9636-9642 and 9778-9785 kHz range, today Aug 8th.
HCJB Quito German service 9740 kHz daily from 0630-0730 UT is OFF also today
(seemingly out of service here since Aug
Bolivia, 6134.80, Radio Santa Cruz, 1036-1045, Initially noted a female and
later a male conducting somekind of instruction/training
session. This continued until 1041 when music followed by canned
promos were presented. Signal was fair with Het interferring.

checked August 4 at 0635. Still on the schedules, as is German DRM at 2000-2200
on 15355-15360-15365 whose noise I was still hearing August 3.

I've heard a weak carrier the last 3 evenings dead on 6210.0 kHz. from fade in
around 2200, and goes off at 2300. Seems too regular for a Pirate stn. w/exact
same s/off time each evening, and most Pirates are a little off-freq. Anyone
else hearing this and have an idea what this could be? Def
