I confirmed Radio PMR yesterday (Sunday) on 7290 kHz signing on at 2200 UTC.
It carried Russian at 2200-2230 and English at 2230-2300 before switching to
Voice of Russia in English at 2300.
So the schedule is probably UTC 1800-2200 Mon-Fri and 2200-2300 Sun-Thurs – as
